Our Platform

  1. 1. We use caution in providing our Platform, but cannot guarantee that all content is accurate (we receive information from Service Providers). To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held responsible for errors, interruptions or missing pieces of information, although we do everything to correct them as soon as possible.   2. 2. Our Platform does not constitute a suggestion or support for products, services, facilities, vehicles, etc. of the Service Provider.
  3. 3. We are excluded from the terms between you and the Service Provider. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the Travel Experience.
  4. 4. To make a Reservation, you may need to create an Account. Check that all information about you (including contact and payment details) is correct and up-to-date. Otherwise, you may not have access to the Travel Experience. ou are responsible for all operations performed with your Account, so do not let others use it and keep your username and password secret.
  5. 5. We will show you the offers available to you, in the language we believe is most suitable for you. You can change the language whenever you want.
  6. 6. Unless otherwise stated, you must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.

Conditions

  1. 1. When making a Booking, you agree to the applicable conditions, displayed during the booking process. You will find the cancellation conditions of each Service Provider and any other conditions (relating to age requirements,   surcharges for group bookings, ETC ..) on our Platform, on the information pages of the Service Providers, during the booking process.
  2. 2. In the event of cancellation of the reservation or no-show, the extra cost of cancellation / no-show and any refund will depend on the respective conditions of the Service Provider.
  3. 3. We do not guarantee any cancellation of reservations.
  4. 4. If you book a Travel Experience by paying in advance (including all price components and / or a security deposit, where applicable), the Service Provider may cancel the booking without notice if it is unable to collect the balance at the specified date. In this case, any non-refundable payments you have made will only be refunded at its discretion. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment is made on time (that your bank, debit or credit card details are correct and that there are sufficient funds in your account).
  5. 5. If you are concerned about not arriving on time, contact the Service Provider and let them know when you plan to arrive so that your booking is not canceled. In case of delay, we will not be responsible for the consequences (for example the cancellation of the reservation or any extra costs that the Service Provider may charge).
  6. 6. As the person making the Booking, you are responsible for the actions and behavior (in relation to the Travel Experience) of all members of the group. You are also responsible for obtaining their consent before providing us with their personal data.

Intellectual Property Rights

  1. 1. Unless otherwise stated, all rights in our Platform (technology, content, trademarks, graphics, etc.) are owned by 99BLV (or its licensors). By using our Platform, you agree to do so only for the purposes for which it is reserved.
  2. 2. You may not monitor, copy, extrapolate / collect, download, reproduce or otherwise use elements of our Platform for commercial purposes without the written permission of Booking.com or its licensors.
  3. 3. We carefully monitor every visit to our Platform and will block anyone (and any automated system) we suspect may:
  • • conducting an unreasonable amount of research
  • • use devices or software to collect prices or other information
  • • carry out transactions that cause excessive stress on our Platform
